SBA EIDL for AGRICULTURE ENTITIES – SBA announced New Eligibility for Economic Injury Disaster Loan and Advance for AG ENTITIES: Through the SBA portal, agricultural businesses can now apply for the Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) and EIDL Advance applications. The portal is currently open on a limited basis only to provide relief to U.S. agricultural businesses. Definitions and the application link can be found here:

The Small Business Administration announced the online application portal for the $28.6 billion Restaurant Revitalization Fund (RRF), effective Monday, May 3, 2021. This program will provide restaurants and other food and beverage businesses with funding equal to their pandemic-related revenue losses related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Recipients are not required to repay the RRF funding as long as those funds are used for eligible expenses no later than March 11, 2023. 


The application portal will remain open to any eligible establishment until all funds are exhausted. SBA suggests that qualified applicants familiarize themselves with the application process in advance to ensure a smooth and efficient application. Please see the steps below.

• Review the sample application, program guide and cross-program eligibility chart on SBA COVID-19 relief options. SBA also added screenshots of the application portal that are available here.

• Applications must be submitted in English or Spanish. SBA has documents in additional languages to help you understand eligibility requirements, fill out applications, and answer frequently asked questions.
